3. Financial Disclaimer & Service Accuracy Limitation
IMPORTANT: VeroTerminal is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer. Information provided does not constitute investment or trading advice. We do not warrant the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of earnings call dates. Always verify call logistics directly with the company before making investment decisions.
4. Pro Subscriptions & Cancellations
Paid Pro subscriptions ($19.99/month or $179.99/year) provide unlimited watchlists, real-time SEC Item 2.02 sync, and private .ICS calendar feeds. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Stripe Customer Portal. You may cancel at any time with 1-click in your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
